1Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

2User Eligibility

Use of the ng999 platform is restricted and open only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Has not been designated as a prohibited or restricted user by ng999 through any prior decision.

3Account Registration

To register an ng999 account, users are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated along with a freeze on the balance.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

5Bonus Terms and Conditions

ng999 offers various bonuses to registered members, subject to the following conditions which must be complied with in full:

Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum value of up to RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Illustrated examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM700 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 10 = RM3,000

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements. ng999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of having been obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse.

6Withdrawals

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following limits and conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
